Feely Toady

"Mr. Toad"
8X6
Oil on Canvas

I apologize for delaying a post for so long, but my back has decided to give me some real problems for the last month. Turns out I have a couple of tricky discs that are playing some gravity game and compressing on nerves. OUCH. I am in the process of figuring which way to go...pains shot and chiropractor? Or just a pain shot and take my chances. I could hang myself upside down, but I doubt my brain could handle the pressure...so...anyway, I will be back to painting as soon as I am up to it again. Hopefully soon.

This little fellow came to our backyard last year and I could not resist attempting a painting of his funny adorable self.

Thanks for visiting!

Hey Cheryl,

I know what you mean about back problems!

Look into the 'Mackenzie Method', 7 Steps to a Pain-Free Life' on Amazon.

For $11 you'll save yourself thousands in Chiropractor and Dr. bills, and lost time. Of course, when you ask the doctors about this, they'll downplay it. But it all makes sense- you need to gently squeeze the discs back into their intended shape. (Simply put, think backbends- yes, backbends, and 'cobra' in yoga). (Follow the steps outlined, though!)

We tend to bend FORWARD much more than BACKWORD, and so the discs are bent out of shape over time.

My wife spent over $1200 last year for a month of chiro visits, with no relief. After 1 day of MacKenzie method she could walk straight again, with no pain!

You will have to keep doing maintenance every once in a while, but it's a small price to pay!

Good luck!- AJ
